Legacy Member: Ivan Weiss

Ivan Weiss is one of the most respected portrait photographers in the UK and beyond. Based in London, his studio has become a trusted space for actors, professionals, and creatives who want headshots that feel honest, intelligent, and deeply human. His work carries a clarity and quiet confidence that sets it apart.

Ivan is not only a photographer but also a mentor. He regularly leads portrait workshops and mentorship sessions across Europe and abroad, helping others refine both their technique and their ability to connect with the people they photograph. Whether mentoring in Portugal, Italy, or the United States—or sharing insights online, his approach is always generous and thoughtful.

His work is also shaped by the twelve years he lived in Florence, Italy. The influence of classical art and composition still echoes through his portraits today, bringing a timeless quality to his style that feels both considered and natural.
